Last updated: June 9, 2026
1. Introduction
HarmonyEngine (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by ZPQV. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and marketing website.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Account information: name, email address, job title, and company name when you sign up or request a demo.
- Repository data: source code and repository metadata you connect to HarmonyEngine for analysis.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and interactions within the platform.
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs collected automatically via analytics tools.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the HarmonyEngine service, including generating architecture analysis and executive briefs.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates.
- To improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
4. Code and Repository Data
We never use your code to train machine learning models. Your repository data is processed solely to generate analysis outputs for your use. We do not sell, share, or repurpose your code for any other purpose.
Repository data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. You may disconnect a repository and request deletion at any time.
5. Analytics and Tracking
Our marketing website uses Microsoft Clarity for session recording and heatmaps, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising attribution. These tools collect anonymized interaction data and do not have access to your repository content.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database services) necessary to operate the platform.
- Analytics providers as described above.
- Legal authorities if required by law or to protect our rights.
7. Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Repository data is retained only while connected and for a reasonable period after disconnection to allow re-connection. You may request full deletion by contacting support@harmonyengine.ai.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures and are working toward SOC 2 compliance. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls follow the principle of least privilege.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@harmonyengine.ai.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
